For opportunities that clear our diligence bar, we’ll stand up a dedicated special purpose vehicle and put it in front of the Global Capital Network — a deeper commitment than a conference pitch, and priced differently because of it.
Presenting at a Global Capital Network conference or private dinner is still the fastest way to get in front of our investors. The SPV Program is a separate, more selective track for opportunities that want a dedicated vehicle and a deeper level of commitment from us.
Opportunities accepted into the SPV Program cover the direct costs of the vehicle we build for them — formation and legal setup, ongoing fund administration, and the marketing spend required to put the raise in front of our network. This isn’t a percentage taken from what you raise later; it’s the cost of the infrastructure and distribution we build around your deal.
It’s a higher upfront commitment than pitching at a conference or dinner — intentionally. Charging for the real cost of the vehicle and its marketing, rather than being paid only if capital arrives, keeps our incentives pointed at doing the work properly rather than generating exposure.
Share your opportunity, terms and supporting materials. Most SPV Program enquiries begin as an existing relationship within the GCN network, or a warm introduction.
We evaluate the opportunity against our internal criteria — team, terms, documentation and fit with our network’s investor base. Only a small percentage of submissions proceed.
Once accepted, we stand up a dedicated special purpose vehicle, structured with counsel to hold the investment cleanly on behalf of participating investors.
We actively present the opportunity across the Global Capital Network — conferences, private dinners and direct outreach to relevant investors.
Once the SPV closes, we handle the administrative backbone of the vehicle so you can stay focused on running the business rather than managing a cap table.
We put our own name and our network’s trust behind every SPV we stand up. That only works if the bar for entry is genuinely stringent.
A track record that gives our network confidence beyond the pitch deck.
Audited or reviewable financials, a clear cap table, and terms ready for institutional-level scrutiny.
Alignment with the industries we know and back — see our full investment thesis.
A clear raise size, valuation and use of funds — not an open-ended ask.
Willingness and ability to work with counsel on SPV formation without delay.
An opportunity our specific investor base — not just any investor — would want to see.
Submit your opportunity for review. We’ll tell you quickly whether it’s a fit for the SPV Program, a better fit for a conference or dinner presentation, or not right for our network at this time.
