Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026 · 2030 VENTURES, INC.

2030 Ventures, Inc. (“2030 Ventures”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit 2030ventures.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not process payments, sell tickets, or run event registration through this website. If you register for an event or use a platform operated by one of our portfolio companies — such as Global Capital Network or Global Deal Flow — that company’s own privacy policy applies to those activities.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, email address, company and message when you submit our contact form or email us directly.
  • Correspondence — the content of emails, calls and meetings where you share information with us.
  • Materials you send — decks, business plans or other documents you choose to send us in connection with a potential investment or partnership.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on site, referring source and general interaction with the website.
  • Device and connection data — browser type, operating system, device type and IP address, used to infer approximate region rather than precise location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see section 4.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and continue conversations you’ve started with us.
  • To evaluate potential investments, partnerships and portfolio opportunities.
  • To operate, maintain and improve the website.
  • To send occasional updates where you have asked to receive them.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

  • Within our group — with portfolio and affiliated companies where relevant to your enquiry. If your message is better handled by Global Capital Network or Global Deal Flow, we will route it there.
  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, email and form providers acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting and diligence advisers where necessary.
  • Legal requirement — where required by law, regulation or legal process.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential functions may be affected.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of information you provided.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) additionally have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither — and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

EEA and UK residents (GDPR) may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (operating and improving the site, evaluating opportunities), consent (optional communications), and legal obligation.

To exercise any right, email info@2030ventures.com. We respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not progress are deleted or anonymised in the ordinary course; records connected to an investment or partnership are kept for the life of that relationship and any applicable statutory period afterwards.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party sites

Our site links to portfolio company websites and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices — review their policies separately.

9. Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
